Vintage Stanley Bailey No.3 smoothing plane - made in USA. I would estimate that this old plane would date to the 1960s.  It is made from cast iron with solid rosewood handle and knob. The plane is complete except that it does not have a main blade - has blade plate with screw. Great buy for the carpenter.
