Lovely vintage surveyors measuring rod that when fully extended is about 4.5m long and when not in use retracts back to about 1.5m in length. Front measurements are made of paper and the backing is wooden with brass brackets. The 3 rods can be detached into 3 units. Lovely old item from yesteryear, which I have been told that people have hung from walls to hold potplants or just as an ornament on a verandah wall. This item would have to be couriered due to weight and length.
