VINTAGE TOY TRUNK

An incredibly handy trunk to have around. This was my daughter's toy trunk when she was growing up and once grown I have used it for all manner of storage. It has metal corners, is lined with wallpaper, has 3 latches - the middle one locks, and get this, there's a key !!! Metal handles on the sides. Not any fancy wood, in fact the lid has a layer of something on top of what is probably pine. But it is very heavy and large. Could have been made as a travelling trunk or for household linen? Very well made. Even has feet to raise it slightly off the ground.

Size: Width 90cm, depth 49cm, height 50cm

Condition: Great. It has some stains on top and writing. It's a cool piece. I have had it for 35 years and I bought it in a secondhand shop so it is much older than that.

For COLLECTION ONLY from Fairland Jhb, and because some petty person reported my collection fee and because apparently it's not allowed, who knew? yet a million people do it, I will now be charging a storage fee from day 1. R25-00 on day 1 and from day and MUST be collected by 10/12, NO later.
