Most of our items are second hand. We try our best to give an accurate description of the item, if you have any questions please ask before bidding on or buying the item. Items are sold voetstoots and no refunds will be granted.

Various shipping options are available, please select your option very carefully.
Do not click bid or buy now unless you absolutely intend on paying for the item.
Please pay within 48 hours of winning a bid or clicking buy now. An SNC will be filed if you don’t pay.
Large or bulky items may need special packaging or can only be sent via a specific courier, before selecting a shipping option please check that the option you wish to choose is appropriate for your item being shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for items being damaged while in transit with SAPO or the courier we use. Some items will have insurance on them and we can assist with recovering the cost of the item if severe damage has occurred. Photographic proof of the damaged item will need to be emailed to us for this to be carried out.
We are not responsible for how long it takes for your parcel to reach you. SAPO is notoriously slow so please don’t expect miracles with them.
The courier only delivers to major city centres or areas very near. If the courier will not deliver to your area, the SAPO option will be used. Please supply the correct address, if you made the error when supplying the address, I cannot be held responsible for a wayward parcel.
If you want to collect your items please do so within 3 months of purchasing them or they will be donated to charity.
We give the best service we can and will be in communication with you about your item until it reaches you safe and sound.
