PRETTY VINTAGE TWO-TONE ITALIAN STERLING SILVER
FLAT LINK BRACELET. 925 HALLMARKED

This sterling silver bracelet is a vintage piece from Italy. It features a rather nice flat link design, alternating classic sterling silver with a gold tone finish. The underneath of the bracelet is a warm gold hue on every link. The top of the links are all ribbed, with 4 grooves running the width of each link, adding interest as the light reflects off each rib. 18,8cm long and 8mm wide, the bracelet is big, without being chunky, sitting flat and comfortable on the wrist. Italian silver always has a reassuring quality feel to it. The hallmarks '925' indicating genuine sterling silver and 'Italy' appear on the reverse. It is a vintage piece and there are definitely a lot of buff marks. On the arm it looks perfect but under the magnifying glass you can see its age. I tried to capture some of the buff marks in the photographs. The lobster clasp is nice and strong. It would be a nice sophisticated piece - elegant without being bling - that you could wear everyday with ease.
