 - Handwritten inscription shows presentation date as 13/12/1950

 - The Album is designed to hold UPU Postage Stamps issued by various countries in 1949 to commemorate the foundation of the Universal Postal Union in 1874.

 - The names of all participating countries are pre-printed in the album with space for relevant stamps to be inserted, no stamps are included.

 - The album is loose-leaf with metal posts and can be unscrewed to add / remove pages

 - In very good condition, has handwritten inscription on inside of front cover.
