Although of an insignificant appearance, this is a highly collectable piece of Soviet memorabilia. It is a rare document "ALL USSR(Ukrainian) voluntary society of CAR lovers", Issued to ROMANYUK IVAN VASILYEVICH, who joined this society in 1985, in Komenternovskiy district in Kharkov region. The document was signed by the head of the society.
On the right side page are due stamps for membership which was probably never seen in RSA. The organization was of active assistance to the trafffic police. Postage registered mail R30
