Vintage 'Viners of Sheffield' Silver-Plated Box 

This early, superb quality, silver-plated on copper cigarette box was made in Sheffield, England by 'Viners Ltd'. It has a super weight and is very well made with a quality hinged lid and a cedar wood lined interior. There's a beautiful, embossed pattern around the lid, with a floral and leaf boarded cartouche which has an engraved monogram. Around the base and just below the lid there's also a lovely raised rope decoration and other than some wear to the plating on the lid, it's in great condition.
