Vintage! Vista Alegre Casserole / Salad Dish - Portugal.

Stunning Vintage Portuguese casserole or salad dish. It is a beautiful crème colour and the scalloped bowl and handles are trimmed with gold. We found a lid, the exact color, also trimmed in gold. which fits perfectly and compliments the bowl very well. This multipurpose gem can be used for gravy, as a casserole dish, or a salad bowl, adding a touch of style and elegance to your dinner table. The size is just the bowl. Handles of the bowl and lid not taken into account. Some marks and lines on the gold but no chips or cracks. Vista Alegre is one of the oldest porcelain manufacturers still in activity. It was established in 1824 and is based in Aveiro, Portugal.
