Vintage Wade Pottery Viking Dragon Ship Planter Dish

A delightful 1960s Viking longboat planter, posy holder or trinket dish. It could even become an incense holder!

The colours of beige and blue and the high-gloss glaze are typical for Wade items of the time.

It has an unusually detailed design of a dragon's head and tail, protective shields along the sides of a wooden hull, with a wave design as part of the base.

It is in excellent condition and the glaze remains smooth and shiny. There are no chips or cracks.

It measures about 19cm in length, 9cms in height and 5cms in width.
