Here we have a Very Nice Wall Clock I have no knowledge on these types of items. No winder I wound it manually by pulling the weights up by the chains. Seems that is how it is suppose to work. It runs and pendulum swings. If it keeps time (losing or gaining) I do not know. Please see images and ask questions. I will try and assist as best I can.
