VINTAGE??? WHAT I THINK TO BE AN AFGHAN BOKHARA NICE SIZE RUG REDS & LUCKY ELEPHANT FOOT DESIGN

As photographed and described. I think the rug vintage as it has

that look about it and has some minor age related wear to it.

It is a nice size piece.

I am no expert on carpet identity, but the design is what I consider

Bokhara and this could be an Afghan or Bokhara. Please note colour

dye changes indicative of the tribal nature of the piece which is

part of it's character

Please note in this photo what I consider to be some wear to the rug

on the one side. I think it authenticates the piece as opposed to

detracts from it.

Please note on this side of the rug the pattern is grey. The other side

it is blue, following on from what you see.

There is slight damage to the rug here approximately 1cm (see reverse

side below). A miracle I noticed. Repair should be easy & inexpensive
