This collection of coins from the Republic of South Africa consists of virtually all the coins minted for the 2nd decimal coin-series from 1965 to 1989.
From the R1 down to the 1/2c, only three coins are missing. (They are the well known international rarities being the Afrikaans R1 and 1c of 1965, and the English 50c.of the same year).
Scarce coins like the English R1 and 1c of 1965 and the 1988 set ARE INCLUDED in this collection.
All the coins are in MINT STATE (or proof) CONDITION. (A large percentage is actually still encapsulated in their original South African Mint holders)
