Combining low power (0.35µW) with high speed (tON -110ns). To achieve high-voltage ratings and superior switching performance, itis built on Siliconix's high voltage silicon gate process. An epitaxial layerprevents latch-up. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when onand blocks input voltages up to the supply levels when off.
