Power Load Switch, Programmable Current Limit, Active High, 1 Output, 28V, 3.5A,DFN-10Product OverviewThe SIP32429DN-T1-GE4 is a Load Switch with programmable current limit and slewrate control. The load switch that integrates multiple control features thatsimplify the design and increase the reliability of the circuitry connected tothe switch. An internally generated gate drive voltage ensures good RONlinearity over the input voltage operating range. It has a slew rate controlcircuit that controls the switch turn-on time to the value set by an externalcapacitor. When an OCP or an OTP fault condition is detected the FLG pin ispulled low. For this switch the fault flag will release 150ms after the faultcondition is cleared and the switch will automatically turn on at the programmedslew rate.
