SAPO normally takes 8-10 working days (strikes/delays out of our control, at your own risk).

We take time and effort in ensuring all parcels

are securely packaged, with extra protection for fragile items, thus we cannot be held liable

for lost or broken items once handed over to the carrier of your choice.

We will email you your tracking number and it is up to the buyer to track their parcel, (we also assist from our side)

Lately SAPO do not issue collection slips. So if you do not receive your

parcel in 8-10 working days, take your tracking number to your Post Office and enquire.

Lastly, when parcel received please leave feedback by rating

our service on the Bob system, this then concludes the transaction.
