The Voortrekkers organization was founded in South Africa in 1931. It was established to instil a sense of Afrikaner identity, culture and history in young Afrikaans people.
"Hou Koers" badges are worn by Voortrekkers as part of their uniforms. The badges were often worn as a sign of pride and commitment to the organisation's values.
