All our products are order on request items, and as such will take roughly 10-25 working days once payment has been recieved to be delivered. All stock is sourced from the USA, and is designed for use in the USA. If the item is powered, a transformer will be needed if the item lists as 110V only. If the item lists as 110-220V - only a simple adapter is needed. If you are unsure please check with us/the manufacturer before placing your order.

All items come with the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer in the USA. If a warranty claim needs to be submitted, the item would need to be returned to the USA. The authorized SA distributor of our products are under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's warranties or to provide after sales service.
