HD to 4K UltraHD Upscaler

The Ultra High Definition Scaler is designed to scale HDMI sources, either HD or PC resolution, to an alternative HDMI resolution (HD or PC). The Scaler is HDMI and DVI compliant and is perfect for the integration of sources where resolution and/or resolution type requires conversion. The Ultra High Definition Scaler is a universal converter for HDMI input to HDMI 4Kx2K@60Hz(YUV420) output.

On-screen Display

A simple, on-screen display (OSD) allows the user to configure the device with ease. The scaler up/down conversion in this module employs black/white level expansion, color transition improvement, dynamic range expansion, blue stretch , auto-detect and auto-convert HDMI to HDMI output.

Operation Controls and Functions

1.      AUDIO output: For connecting audio to a Stereo amplifier with 3.5mm earphone cable

2.      HDMI input: HDMI source output from Blu-Ray Player, DSTV Decoder, Games Console, DVD, PC or Laptop.

3.      DC 5V IN: 5V DC power supply 

4.      HDMI OUT: HDMI output to 1080p / 4K TV or Monitor

5.      UPDATE: System software update.

6.      Power LED: Illuminates RED when the device is connected to the power supply.

7.      Resolution Button: Press this button to select the output resolution.

8.      ZOOM Button: Press this button to adjust the scaling of the output picture.

9.      DVI/HDMI Button: Press this button to select DVI or HDMI output.
