Hard cover with jacket,337 pages, published in 1988 by William Heinemann. Light blue boards with gold lettering to spine. Maps on inside of boards and on end pages; b/w and colour photographs, binding tight, no inscriptions. Jacket very good, small tear at bottom end of spine.
