In October of 2008 I was informed that Aaron, my gardener, was dying of HIV Aids complicated by TB and Candida (Thrush) which had infected his mouth, throat, and stomach making it almost impossible for him to eat or drink anything. After blood work was taken the hospital advised him that he had but days to live and should go home to say his goodbyes.
