1. We do not make use of SA Post office

2. Buyer is responsible for couriers if delivery is outside South Africa

3. We only dispatch on Mondays, unless the Monday is a Public Holiday

4. Arrange with seller to combine as many as possible items to save on courier costs

5. If courier amount differs from original amount, because of delivery address, parcels only dispatch after amount is rectified

6. aramax (PickaPay to door) only use flyers (plastic bags) no fluids, delivery up to 3 days

7. PAXI (Pep Stores to Pep Stores) only use flyers (plastic bags) no fluids, delivery 3 to 9 days

8. The Courier Guy counter to door (if the address is reachable e.g. street address), delivery up to 3 days

9. The Courier Guy counter to counter (if the address is not reachable e.g. a farm), delivery up to 3 days
