This is a stunning and rare decorative dinner plate by W.R. Midwinter Ltd in England with a black transferware design picturing Rural England with a landscape scene of a river flowing past a church in the distance, then falling through a waterwheel and the mill with buildings in the foreground. The floral details around the rim are beautiful with random hits of pink, green and yellow and it's been finished with a high gloss.
