Shipping and general information:

The item/s offered are ex-stock and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the payment has been confirmed by Bid or Buy.

If you choose a courier service with door to door or door to locker delivery, please make sure on  that your location is within one of the centres in South Africa

where these services are offered.

Parcels being sent with Pep Stores Paxi counter to counter service are recommended if you stay in a rural area and there is a Pep Stores where you can collect.

If you do not stay within the South African borders, please send your own courier to collect. We do not ship ordered items to neighbouring countries.

Normal Post Office postal services are not offered as method of transport.

If you require shipment with overnight services or express delivery, please contact us via Bid or Buy for a quotation.

We will arrange for the item to be sent back to us the same way it was delivered.
