Description:


Waffle Premix
Directions: To 1kg of donut premix add 650ml of Cold tap Water.  Mix Slowly until the correct consistency is attained, mix for +- 3 Minutes do not over mix.  Correct consistency is a smooth sticky paste.  Ensure that the donut Iron is on 230 degrees.  Scoop Mixture onto the Waffle Iron and bake for 3 Minutes.  The donut premix is suitable for use in all and hand-held Waffle Machines.  
 

Waffle ingredients:

Cake flour, sugar, milk solids, egg powder, sodium bicarbonate, stabilizers, salt, emulsifiers, anti-caking agent, thickeners, flavours and colours.
