Media: Very Good Plus (VG+) slight roughness on Side 1 label as a result of moist - no real damage 

 Will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.

Sleeve: Good Plus (G+) sleeve well intact - laminated front and looking respectable - moist staining on the back(blue pointers) - no deterioration/consequence to paper as a result of staining
