Watch Case Back O-Ring Gasket 0.6mm Slim Pack 14 To 22mm
Safeguard your favorite timepieces from moisture, dust, and debris with our Slim Pack Case Back O-Ring Gasket. These essential components provide a reliable, airtight barrier that protects the delicate internal movements of your watches. Whether you are performing a routine battery change or a full restoration, these gaskets ensure your watch maintains its water-resistant integrity.
This versatile assortment features a specialized 0.6mm thickness, making it the perfect choice for slim-profile cases and modern designs. The kit includes five of the most common diameters: 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm. Because this pack specifically targets ladies' and small-case watches, you will always have the exact fit required for delicate repairs on hand.
Small and ladies' watches are often overlooked during servicing, yet their gaskets wear out just as quickly as any other timepiece. When a gasket hardens, shrinks, or cracks, moisture finds its way into the movement. As a result, battery contacts corrode, movements stop, and costly repairs follow. The Slim Pack helps you stay ahead of that problem before it starts.
Specification
Using these gaskets is straightforward. First, open the case back carefully. Next, remove the old gasket and clean the groove. Then, select the closest matching size from the pack, apply a small amount of silicone grease, seat it in the groove, and close the case back.
The Slim Pack 14 To 22mm is also perfect for watchmakers, jewellers, and repair technicians who regularly work on ladies' and fashion watches and need reliable stock on hand.

Measurement Guide
If you still have the old O-ring, even if it is stretched or broken, you can use it as a reference. Measure the Thickness, Use a digital caliper to measure the "cross-section" (thickness) of the rubber. Measure the Internal Diameter (ID): Lay the gasket flat on a surface without stretching it. Measure across the inside of the circle from one inner edge to the other.
If the watch is missing its O-ring entirely, you must measure the watch case itself to find the correct fit. Measure the Case Groove, locate the circular track (groove) where the gasket sits inside the watch case. Use a digital caliper to measure the Inside Diameter of that groove.
Don't let a worn gasket ruin a good watch. Order your Watch Case Back O-Ring Gasket 0.6mm Slim Pack today and keep your small-case watches protected.
