HOW TO CONNECT THE WATCH TO THE APP
Download the DaFit APP
Switch on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone
Open the app and select the watch icon in the bottom center on the screen
Click on "ADD A DEVICE"
Find your watch model and select it
A message will pop up asking you to pair your phone to the watch. "ALLOW IT."
Another message will pop up asking you to allow your phone to display notifications on your watch. "ALLOW IT."
The watch will now be connected and the date and time will sync to your mobile phone.
If this is not successful then please go into the menu of the watch and select "RESET WATCH" then follow the steps above.

This product requires the mobile application (DaFit) to sync with your mobile device.
