For the best result ensure that the pH of the water is between 7.2 and 7.6.
INITIAL DOSAGE: Oxidise/shock treat the pool.
SHOCK TREATMENT: For optimal water quality, the pool water should be oxidised/shock treated every fortnight, or as required. Shock treatment is also required when there are heavy bather loads, thunderstorms, evidence of algae, or poor water quality. Test the chlorine levels after 4 hours. Repeat this dosage until you reach a chlorine level of 1 3 ppm. Do not enter pool until chlorine residual dissipates to 4 ppm or less.
