Watsonia Knysnana - Bulbs

From our farm - Hidden Woods -  tucked away in Harkeville which is between Plettenberg Bay and Knysna. Our Watsonias have been growing naturally for years and we believe the time has come to share them with you. 
 

Found on sandstone slopes and flats, especially at forest edges in the Eastern Cape, from Mossel Bay to East London.
It is tall with sword-shaped leaves in a fan and red, purple or pink flowers in a wide tube. It flowers late spring to summer. The elegant flower spikes carry tubular flowers that will last well in a vase. 

We have an assortment of colours that would do well to compliment any garden or landscape. At this stage we only offer mixed-colour packages, but from December 2012, orders on particular colours will be welcomed. At which point we will catalogue the available colours.
