 Hardcover, ninth Cassel edition, 1953. The jacket is whole, lightly rubbed and edge-worn, with two tape residue marks on the reverse, and a much smaller one on the back inside flap. The boards are sound, but the spine is slightly cocked, and there are two tape marks on each of the front and back board. Apart from the names of three previous owners written in pen on the inside board and page opposite, all pages are clean and unmarked, though lightly age-browned in places.
