An ivory-glazed porcelain 1st edition of a Series of 6 collector's plates, decorated with black and grey transfer-printed scenes from camera studies by Dick Woolf, C.P. de L. Beyers and P.W. Willis, and with border by Mrs. Hilda Stevenson-Hamilton, wife of the first warden of the KNP, Col. James Stevenson-Hamilton. Hand engraved by the Wedgwood School of Engraving. Sponsored and supplied by McLaren, Campbell & Co., Johannesburg, South Africa.

MARKINGS:

'Made in England by Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston'

CONDITION:

No chips, cracks or crazing, with kiln stilt cock-spur marks.

DIMENSIONS:

27cm diameter by 2cm deep.
