Description
Vintage Wedgwood cabinet plate titled The Falconer, featuring a beautifully detailed illustration of a young falconer holding a bird of prey, surrounded by flying falcons and soft pastel cloud detailing. The artwork has lovely period character with muted pinks, greens and warm earth tones, finished with a fine brown line to the rim.
The reverse carries the Wedgwood mark with crown and globe and pattern number D.6279, confirming English manufacture.
