AS I AM NO ART PROFESSIONAL I CAN ONLY TELL YOU WHAT I SEE HERE. THE INSIDE MEASURES 22CM BY 25CM. IT APPEARS TO BE A PRINT AND IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE HAS PUT LIKE A VARNISH ON THE ACTUAL ROSE AND GLASS. THE OVERALL PICTURE LOOKS LOVELY AND FRAME IN GOOD CONDITION. IT IS A LITTLE PLAQUE THAT WAS PUT ON THE FRAME.
