Selling a 3.5 x 2.5m wendy house with bathroom.  The wendy is broken down into panels so only requires collection.  The ceiling boards are destroyed so you would need new ceilings.  The Corrugated iron is available, but paper thin, so I would recommend getting new, thicker ones.  Sale comes with the basin, toilet and bath, as is.

Outside is 95% sound, but it will require some TLC to get back to perfect.

This item is for collection ONLY, in Benoni area close to Pomona (High Road).
