the machine in its standard layout that achieves an approximate 3deg - 6deg lower than ambient temperature drop using a forced fan cooled layout and an internal radiator in the cooling circuit.

Machine breakdown

The unit is a 220volt system and can be operated from a standard 15amp supply. The 220volt water pump unit can deliver 5 liters of cooling water per minute at zero backpressure. The unit will deliver cooling water through a foot pedal welder at 3 bar pressure with a 2 bar pressure drop between inlet pressure and outlet pressure over the welder. Please note that cooling pipes fitted to the client can alter this spec if internal pipe diameters are reduced. The water tank is manufactured from polypropylene and holds approximately 20l of water. The machine is fitted with a power on/off switch with indicator lamp, a over temperature lamp/buzzer, screw in fuse holder and a buzzer on/off switch. The water tank is covered, a steel cover box. The machine is fitted with two outlet/inlet to the welder, The machine is a free standing unit 410mm tall, 400mm wide and 540mm deep.
