The 10.SR is essentially a wall-mount version of the wonderful little Diamond 10.0 bookshelf speaker. A little wider and about an inch shallower, the 10.SR is designed to offer Diamond series sound quality when mounted to a wall. Used as either a stereo speaker or as part of a surround system, the 10.SR shares the same warmth and dynamic power as the rest of the Diamond line. We recommend the 10.SR for any situation which might otherwise call for an in-wall speaker; not only will does the 10.SR sound better and throw a larger image into the room, but they're also quite a bit less expensive and much less labor intensive to install. Install a pair on the sidewalls of a theater, for in a bookshelf to discreetly fill a room with sound, fill the kitchen with music by installing these on a cabinet facing upwards towards the ceiling, hang six of them around the room for a high-quality, zero-footprint surround system, there are myriad uses for these little speakers and once you get a pair in your house, you'll start finding more places to put them.
