About the Author


Kevin DeYoung

is senior pastor at University Reformed Church in East Lansing, Michigan. He is a best-selling author and conference speaker, who regularly blogs at the Gospel Coalition. Kevin was born in South Holland, Illinois, and grew up in Jenison, Michigan, where his parents worked in Christian radio. He attended Hope College in Holland, Michigan, and went on to earn an MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts. He and his wife Trisha have six children.
