I reqested and paid for overnight delivery, the parcel was exceptionally late and the quality of the wallet was poor. The gold print is sticky and picks up fluff and dust like a vacuum cleaner. Gabriella, I understand that you were on holiday but as a seller you need to make your constraints clearer to buyers. Communication is key and had you told me that the wallet was going to be late, you could have avoided this rating.
