You have found a handsome chromed trimmed enameled steel stockpot with lid. It will make a great addition to your collection of shabby chic farmhouse decor.  As is common with vintage enamel you will find some chips. None of the exposed steel has rusted through. There are no pin holes and it will hold water. The exterior sides and lid appear bright white. The exterior bottom and interior surfaces are neat and have No discoloration.
