Height - 29 cm Late 20thC. No makers or origin marks. Nice quality. Fine condition virtually "as new" some small scratches & abraisions. Plating is still 100% Central panel attached to sides panels by two hinges each. Reverse is flock (imitation black velvet). Opening panel with hanging hook & 4 closing lug to the reverse of each part. Individual glass for each picture space - 2 for center, 3 each for sides. Can be used free standing on table top etc or can be hung flat on wall or angled into corner. For storage it does not fold into a three tier package. Only one side can be folded over the central portion. A lovely modern interpretation of adelightful classic of the Art Nouveau period. |
