Your order will be shipped from HongKong or China by post, normally it takes about 15~30 working days to deliver to your local post office, then you need to fetch it by yourself when you receive the collection note, sometime SAPO may failed to deliver the collection note, then buyer have to take initiative in follow up with SAPO, this is important otherwise if SAPO failed to deliver the collection note and nobody claim for the parcel for a month, they may send it back, then it will be your responsible to pay the reshipping cost.
