Arjan said that he didn't need to do any breeding because Ingemar had already done it for them.
The other version of the story attributes it to Scott Blakey, a GreenHouse employee who is also known as Shantibaba by others. According to legend, Shantibaba was traveling across India when he came across a worker who gave him a joint. Shantibaba was so impressed by the potency of the joint that he bought some of the seeds and brought them back to the Netherlands with him. Scott returned to the Greenhouse and combined the seeds he had bought with pure Brazilian Sativa or something similar.
