After calling seller to arrange delivery and payment, seller indicated that the goods would be delivered to sellers Cape Town branch and would arrange representative from seller's office to collect payment and deliver goods. Since then seller have indicated that the price agreed to at the fall of the hammer (R250) was not sufficient, he wanted R500.00. Seller has not made any arrangements to deliver despite buyers requests.
