1. Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not happy with it, please notify me within 7 days of receiving.  Once returned the item will be tested to ensure it's  being returned in the same condition as it was sent, only then will a refund be given.
2. Defect guarantee: If it fails to work within 7 days of receiving, please notify me.  A refund will only be given if the fault is a manufacturing defect.
For both the cases above: The item needs to be sent back with all included accessories and packaging, using the same shipping method chosen at time of purchase.
