272 mm by 202 mm 362 pp

Hardcover Green cloth boards stamped image to front title to spine. Some fading to top and bottom of spine and to boards Dust jacket  has some staining  and tears foxing to page endpapers and there is an inscription inside otherwise the book is tight and very good.

Cythna Letty (Cythna Lindenberg Forssman) was one to be South Africas greatest botanical artist. The 174 colour plates and numerous line drawings.Text by R.A. Dyer, Inez C Verdoorn and LE. Codd of the Division of Botany, Department of Agricultural Technical Services, with introduction by H. Bolus of the Bolus Herbarium in Cape Town.
