Watching the tall, wild grasses in Spring time, each seed head is beautifully designed. Seemingly precariously balanced on tall soft green stalks - ready to fly at any moment. And interestingly, birds pluck them precisely, with about 12cm of stalk, to use in weaving nests. Perfect, graceful.

This is exact replica of the tiny shapes - enlarged. The background colour resembles how sunlight reflects off mountain rocks sometimes in the evening.
