WILESCO D15 LIVE STEAM ENGINE - UNUSED - BOXED

UNUSED BOXED ENGINE IN GREAT CONDITION. THE PREVIOUS OWNER LOST THE CHIMNEY SO I REPLACED IT WITH A NEW BLACK ONE FROM A D14 (SAME SIZE) - THE ORIGINAL CHIMNEY FROM THE FACTORY WAS RED BUT THE BLACK ALSO FITS THE COLOUR SCHEME. COMES WITH ACCESSORIES AS SEEN IN THE PICTURES. THEY ARE NOT MADE ANYMORE AND VERY SCARCE TO FIND, USED OR UNUSED.

Wilesco D 15 toy steam engine with mirror polished brass boiler, diameter 5.71 cm, length 12.7 cm, boiler capacity 250ml, with water gauge glass. Red painted boiler house with 2 footbridges and a ladder. Standing double action reversible brass cylinder with flywheel, flywheel of 8.255cm diameter with grooved pulley, bearing frame of cast aluminum, centrifugal governor, steam jet oiler and small manometer combined with a spring loaded safety valve, additional steam whistle with chain. Roof mounted bearing shaft combined with a driving belt to the engine unit. The condensed water is fed to a tank, hidden under the boiler house, causing the chimney to smoke realistically. Finely painted metal base plate 31.115cm x 24.765cm. Height including smoke stack, 27.94cm, Weight: 1.928kg
