Very comprehensive book/catalogue, profusely illustrated, showcasing the 2001 exhibition co-organised by the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago, and the New Museum of Contemporary Art, New York.

This exhibition was significant in that it was Kentridge's first survey exhibition in the United States.


Essays by curators Neal Benezra, Staci Boris, Lynne Cooke and Ari Sitas and an interview by Dan Cameron.


159 pages with numerous colour and black and white illustrations.
