The winner (1 person) will be allowed to join the full crew on shoot at the workshop to see how the show is shot. Lunch and refreshments will be included as well as a photo moment with Riaan.
The winner will need to be available for a midweek shoot at the DIY workshop in Johannesburg.
The winner will be responsible for his/her own transport to and from the workshop.
The winner agrees to have his / her name and photograph published on the Nutsman website, www.nutsman.co.za, as well as in print and other media.
Papillon Foundation was born in 2002 and is achieving amazing results on a tiny budget. The records show that during its existence the Foundation has served 144,618 meals and assisted 3146 persons with legal referrals. Currently, legal cases are referred to other NGOs, while the Papillon Foundation is focusing on empowering disadvantaged sectors of the population, regardless of race, with skills training so that they can take their destiny into their own hands.
Thanks to the efforts of the Papillon Foundation, from January 2002 to June 2010 a total of 4984 students attended various practical courses: English language (2768 students); computer basics (1717); project management (210); ISDL core (193); Pastel (59); typing (27) and waitressing (10).
The Papillon Foundation current projects also include:
Microsoft-authorised refurbishment of computers; so far, 195 computers were refurnished and distributed to NGOs, AIDS clinics, community projects, etc.
Distribution of clothing, blankets, bedding, furniture, appliances, toys, gifts, etc. to needy communities; so far, 131 tons of supplies have reached the people who need them most.
